Drawing dance on Paper and on iPad
In June 2023 Andrea Kim Valdez was able to draw at rehearsals for “Rudra”, choreographed and danced by Chandenie Gobardhan for Messums4*20 dance festival.
iPad drawings can be recorded and “played back” in the form of edited videos, see below.
Drawings on paper were made in 2008 during rehearsals and performances in St Pauls Cathedral of “Moving Visions“ at the Rambert School, choreographed by Ross McKim – see Writing.
Since 2019 Andrea Kim Valdez has been drawing dance on an iPad at the Rambert Playground.
